1.WHO ARE RETROWRESTLING.COM? Good question! www.RetroWrestling.com is a UK based business,
run & maintained by Christopher G. Reed. My wife and I are wrestling fanatics who have travelled world-wide to attend
WWE events. As fans ourselves, we know how hard it is to meet superstars, obtain autographs as well as pick up that
special piece of wrestling memorabilia. We are here to make it easier for the general public to pick-up an autograph or item
of memorabilia by doing the hard work for you by setting up direct signing sessions!

2.ARE RETROWRESTLING.COM’s AUTOGRAPHS/PRODUCTS GENUINE? This question is
frequently asked by people out there, we can 100% guarantee that all of our autographs are authentic and have been signed
by the superstar in question. We provide a COA Certificate Of Authenticity for all of the autographs we have
obtained in person ourselves and we do try to provide some proof picture evidence of meeting the superstar in question.
As for the other products such as photos, T-Shirts and toys we hereby state that it is a criminal offence to supply
counterfeit merchandise and we feel very strongly about this. All the products you see are genuine, and we can tell you with
pleasure that we have also done some unpaid scouting work in the past for the WWE by trawling through the internet to
report any ‘fake’ products to WWE’s Chief Associate for Counsell Stacy Papachristos and Taryn Looney.

3.WHERE DO WE GET THE AUTOGRAPHS FROM? The majority of the great photos you see on this site have
been picked up in person from the superstars themselves. That’s correct, we have met wrestlers & arranged signing
sessions with many wrestling superstars! We also obtain autographs from suppliers in America. A COA (Certificate Of
Authenticity) can be provided on request and if we have any proof pictures of the superstar at the signing we will be sure to
provide it with the item purchased.

4.WHAT POSTAL SERVICE IS USED? Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service is used in the UK which
requires a signature on delivery from yourself and also comes with a tracking number so the item can be tracked and traced.
This service covers compensation incase of loss or damage to your item. If you are a customer from outside the UK, then
please note that we use the Royal Mail ‘Airmail’ service which takes approximately 7-10 days delivery time.

5.HOW ARE THE ITEMS PACKED? It all depends on what you have purchased but I can guarantee to you that if an
item is damaged on arrival it is because of poor handling from the delivery company in question. As we use Royal Mail to
send items, we will help to claim compensation for damaged or lost items. All photographs are mailed in either a protective
plastic toploader frame or thick sturdy cardboard to prevent bending. Any other items such as shirts, magazines, toys etc.
will also be adequately packed to prevent any damage to your investment!

6.HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE? From the moment your item is sent, Royal Mail state that they endeavour to
deliver your UK ‘Recorded Delivery’ package within 1-3 working days. However, during postal strike periods or busier
periods such as Christmas they do state to be patient because of a backlog of items to deliver, so please bear in mind that
you may not receive your item in the guaranteed time frame given by Royal Mail. For overseas customers outside the UK,
please note that Royal Mail advise a 7-10 day delivery estimate time. Although this is not a guaranteed time frame, Airmail
packets do tend to arrive on time without any problems.

7.HOW DO WE PAY IF WE ARE FROM THE UK? That’s easy, if you wish to pay using your credit or debit card
or an eCheque and you are signed up to use Paypal then our automatic ‘shopping cart’ system allows you to checkout
paying by this method! If you are not comfortable with using Paypal, then we will accept mailed methods of payments such
as cheques, postal orders, or even cash if you want to take the risk of mailing money! Please use the CONTACT US tab
if you wish to mail payment and we will inform you on where to send the funds.

8.HOW DO WE PAY IF WE DO NOT RESIDE IN THE UK? That also could not be simpler, once again you can
use Paypal if you wish or if you prefer mailed payment then American Dollars cash is acceptable. But please remember to
email first to find out the converted rate, as the items are listed in £ Pounds Sterling currency. Once again, please use the
CONTACT US tab if you are planning to mail payment and we will inform you where to send the funds.

9.TO WHOM DO WE MAKE PAYMENT PAYABLE TO? Please make any cheques, postal orders or money
orders payable to WWW.RETROWRESTLING.COM

10.WHERE DO WE MAIL PAYMENT TO? Please use the CONTACT US tab to inform us of your interest in any of
our items or alternatively give us a call on (01902) 842812 and we will provide you with all the details you need to mail
payment.

11.DO YOU HAVE A STORE/SHOP WE CAN VISIT? No, our stock is kept in a storage depot and we can keep
the prices low by eliminating overheads associated with a shop/store premises. Personal callers are not permitted because
we do not have a shop, nor is the stock kept on our premises.

12.HAVE YOU DEALT WITH/MET ANY WRESTLERS? AND IF SO, WHO? We have had the pleasure of
meeting Triple H, Bret Hart, Natalya, Tyson Kidd, John Cena, The Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan, Batista, Chris

13.I AM AFTER A PARTICULAR ITEM, CAN YOU GET IT FOR ME? The answer to that question is that we
will do our best to look for any item you are after. We will get in touch with a few known suppliers in America and will let
you know either way as soon as possible. Please use the ‘CONTACT US’ form below to email any requests, we
endeavour to reply within 24hrs, if we are unable to reply you will receive an ‘away message’ reply instantly.

14.WHAT IF OUR ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED OR DO NOT ARRIVE AT ALL? Then this is the fault of the
delivery firm & not RetroWrestling.com, if items are lost I will provide you with a tracking number for your parcel which
can be used to track and trace the whereabouts of your item/s. If the package still fails to show then we will help you make
a compensation claim. We keep all receipts from the Post Office as proof that items have actually been sent, and we use
this to process a claim for missing items. Please note that compensation claims for missing items can take upto 2 months to
resolve. If an item arrives damaged, then we will also offer full support to you in your claim for compensation for damage,
our items are packed to perfection so if anything is damaged then the delivery firm have been extremely heavy handed.
But please note, a report has to be filed by your delivery postman/woman that an item has not arrived in tip-top condition
so please make your complaint known to your delivery person. We will then file for compensation, and we request that you
keep all damaged items and packaging as this will be required to prove this is a genuine case. Once again, claims for
compensation on damaged items can take upto 3 months to resolve and although we will provide all the necessary backing,
we cannot guarantee the outcome of Royal Mail’s decision/findings on lost/damaged items and compensation payouts.

15. CAN WE GET A REFUND ON A PURCHASE? Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days
from the date of receival to A: Contact RetroWrestling.com in writing/email us to clarify your reason to request a refund
and then B: To return the item/s to the address supplied in our email reply to you. Failure to contact us & return the goods
within the 7 working days will result in no refund being granted. Please note that a refund cannot be granted to anyone who
has simply changed their mind on the item purchased.
